Professional Background
I am a British communication specialist based in Tokyo, working primarily with professionals who use English in international business environments.
Over the course of my career, I have held senior leadership responsibility within a large international language organization in Japan, including serving as Vice President (副社長) with oversight for the training and professional development of foreign managers across the company.
This experience provided direct insight into the communication challenges faced by professionals working in complex, international organizations — and continues to shape the practical, results-focused approach used in my coaching.
I have more than 15 years of experience teaching English as a Foreign Language in both the United Kingdom and Japan, working with professionals from a wide range of industries.
